Use of the site

You may browse the Site and use our newsletter and contact forms for their intended purposes. You agree not to misuse these forms — including submitting false information, attempting to abuse rate limits, or using them to send spam.

Intellectual property

The Unveil name, logo, and site content are owned by Unveil unless otherwise noted. Our open-source projects are separately licensed under the terms published in each project’s repository onGitHub.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party products and services, including Tini La, Jupiter Wave, and Unveil Engine. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.

Unreleased products

Tools and games described as “coming soon” or unreleased are in active development. Features, names, and availability may change before launch.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unveil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
